Questions Chapters Usually Ask
- Does our chapter actually earn anything from orders?
- Yes! 5% back, every order. Sign the Chapter MOU and every qualifying order earns 5% credited to your next order or paid directly to your chapter. The more your Brothers shop, the more your chapter gets back. No other vendor offers this.
- What makes this different from Fresh Prints or Custom Ink?
- Three things: the 5% rebate (they don't have it), pre-cleared licensed designs (so you can't accidentally violate OOA guidelines), and a dedicated rep who knows your chapter, not a ticket queue.
- What's the minimum order quantity?
- Standard orders start at 12 units. Specialty items may have higher minimums, but we'll always tell you upfront. Lower quantities are available at adjusted pricing.
- How long does the design process take?
- Mockup within 2 business days of your planning call. Revisions typically turn around same or next day. Plan to start at least 4 weeks out (6–8 weeks for large or specialty orders).
- Do we need to know what we want before reaching out?
- Not at all. That's what the planning call is for. Show up with your event date and we'll figure out the rest together. We've done this enough times that a vague idea is plenty to start.
- Can individual members shop, or only Chapter Officers?
- Both. Individual members can shop the storefront anytime. Chapter officers can additionally use the Bulk Order form to plan custom chapter drops with full design support and bulk pricing, plus the 5% rebate.
