- Why should our chapter order through the Official Store?
- Ordering through the Official Store keeps your merchandise on-brand, properly licensed, and easier to approve. Your chapter also gets dedicated design support, bulk pricing, and help planning around key events like recruitment, philanthropy, homecoming, and graduation.
- What's the minimum order quantity?
- Standard orders start at 12 units. Specialty items may have higher minimums, but we'll always tell you upfront. Lower quantities are available at adjusted pricing.
- Do we need to know what we want before reaching out?
- Not at all. That's what the planning call is for. Show up with your event date and we'll figure out the rest together. We've done this enough times that a vague idea is plenty to start.
- What makes this different from other vendors?
- Third-party vendors may be able to produce merchandise, but the Official Store is built specifically around your organization's brand standards, approval process, and member experience.
- How long does the design process take?
- Mockup within 2 business days of your planning call. Revisions typically turn around same or next day. Plan to start at least 4 weeks out (6–8 weeks for large or specialty orders).
- Can individual members shop, or only Chapter Officers?
- Both. Individual members can shop the storefront anytime. Chapter officers can additionally use the Bulk Order form to plan custom chapter drops with full design support and bulk pricing.
